GENERAL
TRANSLATION SERVICE RATES
Our
English to Polish translation service is dedicated to providing
a superior quality translation at the most affordable rate.
We will, in most cases, endeavour to create a package to
suit your budget.
Translation
companies can use different methods when they work out a
quote; per word, per page, per line, etc. and we know how
confusing this can be. So, in order to clarify the procedure
we use the simple formula of charging customers a set price
for each English word which is to be translated into Polish.
(Price/Source Word)
Simply
email the document you require translating, together with
your deadline. We will evaluate the technical nature of
the text and reply to you with a firm quote. You can pay
by cheque, card or bank transfer.
Prices
for any translation service will always be quoted in the
currency of your choice; this is to avoid currency fluctuations
which may occur between start date and completion. Our minimum
fee for small jobs is 45 Pounds.
We
also have a discount system for large projects and long
term translation service clients.
We do not hide our rates, but nor do we go down the 'one
price fits all' route. We have enough experience to know
that it is simply not possible to offer one price for every
translation service we provide because each project will
have different parameters.
Pricing
Parameters
1)
Premium Plus Translation - For texts that will be published
and read by hundreds, or thousands, of people. The text
will be translated entirely with a foreign market in mind.
At this level of writing it will not be possible to detect
that the text is a translation, it will read so naturally.
2)
Premium Translation - For high quality technical documents,
any text that requires a specialist knowledge, such as legal,
industrial, medical or IT. We have an excellent reputation
for high quality technical translations.
3)
Standard Translation - This includes general or non specific
texts such as letters, emails, information files, marriage
certificates, etc. where no specialist knowledge is required
by the translator.
4)
Budget Translation - Where pricing is a concern, and you
need a simple understanding of a foreign text, or where
there are few readers, we also offer a service to match
your budget.
It
is worth noting here that even our budget translation service
is subject to our stringent quality control procedures.
Each
project is considered individually and we will always confirm
all costs in writing. Some clients may need their documents
formatted, which would require additional time. Sometimes
the formatting takes much longer than the translation service
itself and designers may be required to work on the project.
This would result in additional charges.
Your
quote will be tailored to the translation service you require
so that you will know exactly how much it is going to cost
before the work is started. You will never pay over the
odds for hidden expenses. When you choose to work with us,
your project will be both on budget and on time.
If
requested we can help you in certifying/legalising the finished
document. A public notary carries out this process. Please
contact us for more details about this service.

When choosing a translation service partner it is important
to understand what you expect of your finished document,
and how important it is to get it right. Remember, all our
work comes with a guarantee, and we can offer cultural advice
if we feel that your original document requires some reworking
to capture the Polish audience.
